The short version: an order request is not a charge. Nothing is final until we confirm it with you by email.
Order requests
Sending your bag creates an order request. We confirm stock, delivery cost and payment details by email. The order is accepted once you pay against that confirmation.
Prices on the site are in Pakistani rupees and may change before we confirm. The confirmed price is the one you pay.
Delivery
In-stock orders dispatch within 2 working days of payment. Delivery is free over Rs 21,000.
Returns — the 30-day wear test
Return in-stock garments within 30 days of delivery, worn and washed, for a full refund. Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Custom and team kit
Mockups and quotes are free with no obligation. Bulk production starts once you approve a sample and pay the agreed deposit. Minimums, lead times and prices are set on your written quote.
Your artwork
You confirm you have the right to use any logo or design you send. We use it only to make your order and keep it confidential; an NDA is available on request.
