Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to make your kit and reply to you. We never sell your details.
What we collect
When you send a form — a mockup request, kit enquiry, order request or sign-up — we keep what you type: name, email, phone, organisation, delivery address and notes, plus any artwork you upload.
Your bag is stored in your own browser until you send it. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To prepare mockups and quotes, confirm and deliver orders, and answer questions. If you join the email list, to send drops and offers — every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who sees it
Our sales and production team. Submissions are stored with Supabase and emails are sent through Resend; both process data on our behalf. Couriers receive your name, phone and address to deliver an order.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for 2 years, order records as long as tax law requires, and artwork for as long as it is needed to reorder your kit. Ask and we delete it sooner.
Your rights
Email support@c11enterprise.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We reply within 30 days.
